Welcome back Youtube! In this quick video we scratch build an entire bakery complex from the ground up. Using styrene sheets, inexpensive detail parts, and scraps from previous projects, the biggst industry on the layout comes to life.

The first step is to re-attach a portion of the layout that had not been installed after moving. Some moving damage was cleaned up and track replaced. New roads and fences were scratch built and installed.

Using styrene, a sharp blade, and glue, the main buildings were constructed and detailed, then weathered with chalks. Unloading pits were placed in the tracks and piping was installed. The four large silos are from a Walthers kit, and the two small tanks were scratch built from thin styrene.

Final details were added using a mix of store bought and homemade items.

Please feel free to leave any comments or questions and, as always, thanks for watching and please like, share, and subscribe!
