This one is for the train buffs. I have drawn up the plans for an Interlocking Tower, which is a replica of the one from my hometown, Mendota IL. In 1994 I built my first replica of the tower, and it later became part of a huge layout, which I built, that is on permanent display at the Mendota Illinois Railroad Museum. This summer of 2017 marks the 20th anniversary of the opening of the museum. I had built another replica of the tower for my home layout in 2005. A railfan-friend mentioned that I should build a cardstock version of the tower. I did, but first I drew up all the plans for the plastic-version which is the most realistic. I have made a few copies that are ready to be shipped out for folks to build, but mostly, I will be offering all the files on disc, so the buyer can print out the cardstock pictures of the tower on 64lb matte paper, with the highest quality settings on your own printer.
If you are interested in purchasing the disc, please contact me at: firstname.lastname@example.org. I am aiming to make the plans available on Amazon, too, as an ebook. In that way people will always be able to purchase the plans.
