Using Felt as a model railroad scenery base in lift out areas, it’s flexible, comes in many colors, and easy to shape along a contour when wet down with glue to apply the scenic material.

I also discuss how I use Transfer Tape to attach the felt and other objects in modeling and also discuss the use of templates.
